Full-time...our standard working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday- Friday (we love our weekends!)

What would a typical day look like?

As a Sales Associate at The Fireplace Center Bozeman, your primary objective is to create an amazing customer experience from the first interaction. Listening to their needs and helping them find the right products and solutions to solve their problem

You will work directly with our company leadership and installation teams to continually ensure that our systems and processes are adhered to by both our internal team and our valued customers.

At a more granular level, your days will consist of the following:

• Meeting & greeting customers when they enter the store and helping them find the right solution for their needs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction post sale through follow up and oversight of installation
• Answering customer questions and phone calls
• Creating accurate estimates for products and services based on customer requirements
• Processing payments
• Submitting purchase requests to ensure timely processing of customer orders
• Promoting in-store specials and ensuring that inventory is being moved
• Managing assigned accounts to ensure a high degree of customer service and building those relationships to create ongoing sales.
• Managing installation schedules and follow through.

If we’re lucky, your daily work will be planned and structured. However, priorities can shift at a moment’s notice. You must be comfortable with shifting focus and willing to be an active participant in juggling multiple demands. In other words, lace up your running shoes and be ready to pivot quickly and efficiently!

You will always be expected to treat our clients and your colleagues with patience and friendliness no matter how big or small their request. Customer service is something we hold sacred at our company so it is of the utmost importance that you are willing and able to serve as a helping hand for our customers at all times.

What should you bring to the table?

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience is preferred
• General knowledge of the fireplace industry and terminology
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• A high level of emotional intelligence and problem solving skills
• A professional appearance always
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Resourceful and willing to patiently work through challenging situations
• Dedicated to details and follow-through
• Ambition to strive for 100% customer satisfaction at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
